Tabs and records depend on your assigned role and church or council scope. Reviewers sign in with their assigned PCAFI Microsoft work account. A sign-in alone does not grant a reviewer role.

## Workflow: join PCAFI

1. Choose **No, I'm new — create my account** in Member services.
2. Enter your name, email, and church code. Use the church lookup if you do not know the code. Review optional title, middle name, suffix, and phone.
3. Choose your membership type.
4. Review the published fee and submit the application. Keep the saved reference.
5. Continue to PCAFI's official Glue Up membership page, create your new Glue Up account, and complete checkout. You do not need an existing Glue Up account, member ID, or member lookup to fill in and submit the new registration form.

New membership does not require credential review. Saving an application does not confirm payment or activate membership. Payment must be verified in Glue Up. You can also choose **Request a membership upgrade** during a new membership application to enter the credential review workflow.

## Workflow: pay annual fees

1. Choose **Yes, I'm a member**.
2. Enter the email used in Glue Up or your member ID and select **Find my record**.
3. Review prefilled details and select your church.
4. Choose **Renew my membership · Annual payment**, then the membership type you are renewing.
5. Review fees, submit, retain your reference, and complete Glue Up checkout.

Annual payments do not require credential review. Payment status is checked against Glue Up invoices; a checkout link or saved application is not payment confirmation.

## Workflow: request a membership upgrade (new credential path)

1. Choose **Yes, I'm a member** and find your Glue Up record.
2. Confirm your name, contact information, and church.
3. Choose **Request a membership upgrade**.
4. Select your applicant pathway: **PCAFI applicant** for a Bell Apostolic Bible College graduate, or **External applicant** for a transfer of valid credentials from another organization. Choose the credential level: **Local** (Local License), **International** (General License), or **Ordained** (Ordained Minister).
5. Upload confirmation of BABC graduation for the PCAFI applicant path, or proof of current credentials from your previous organization for the external applicant path. Use PDF, JPG, or PNG, up to 3 MB.
6. Review your requested type, fee, and review sequence. Submit and retain the application reference.
7. Follow PCAFI instructions for Glue Up checkout and membership changes.

**Request a membership upgrade** is the renamed license request. Both the BABC graduate and external-transfer applicant pathways remain available. New applicants can select the same request during a membership application without first finding an existing member record.

| Requested type | Review sequence |
| --- | --- |
| Local License (Local) | Pastor → Credential Team → Approved |
| General License (International) | Pastor → Bishop → Credential Team → Approved |
| Ordained Minister (Ordained) | Pastor → Bishop → Credential Team → Approved |

Approvers are assigned from the church's administration alignment. An upgrade request does not immediately change your Glue Up membership type. Portal approval records the decision; it does not issue a credential or activate Glue Up membership automatically.

## Workflow: review a credential upgrade

1. Open the review link in the notification email, or select the request in **Approvals**.
2. Sign in with your assigned PCAFI Microsoft account.
3. Check the applicant, church, requested membership type, and eligibility document.
4. Choose **Approve** to move the request to the next assigned stage, or **Return for information** and write a clear note explaining what is needed.
5. Check the review history for the recorded decision.

You can decide only a stage assigned to your role and scope. Local requests skip Bishop review. Returned requests stop the current review; contact HQ or Membership Services about correction and next steps. The portal currently has no applicant self-service resubmission workflow. If another reviewer changes the request, refresh before deciding again.

## Workflow: administer and monitor

1. Sign in through **Admin sign-in · Microsoft SSO** with an authorized account.
2. In **Administration**, maintain reviewer role assignments and church/council alignment. Assign the church's Pastor and, where required, Bishop; ensure Credential Team access covers the request.
3. In **Applications**, filter by status, application type, source, church, or council. Select a request to inspect payment status, documents, and audit history.
4. Resolve **Awaiting approver assignment** requests by correcting alignment and using the available assigned-review action. If routing remains unresolved, contact the portal administrator.
5. Use payment checks to verify Glue Up invoices. Use **Reports** for authorized reporting.
6. When importing existing Glue Up applications, use the provided CSV template. Review the import results; existing application IDs are skipped and portal decisions are preserved.

Imported documents must be reviewed in Glue Up when no portal attachment is available. Imports and portal decisions do not automatically update credential issuance in Glue Up.

## Help with common problems

| Problem | Next step |
| --- | --- |
| No matching member record | Check your Glue Up email or member ID. Contact Membership Services if your membership is pending or expired. |
| Church missing | Search by name, numeric code, or conference. Ask Membership Services to add or correct the church in Glue Up. |
| Document rejected | Use PDF, JPG, or PNG, no larger than 3 MB. |
| Request awaiting assignment | Ask HQ to check church alignment and reviewer access. |
| Review action unavailable | Confirm the account, current stage, and assigned church/council scope. |
| Payment still unverified | Confirm the Glue Up invoice and ask an administrator to check payments. Do not treat a portal submission as a receipt. |
| Request returned | Read the review note and contact HQ or Membership Services about the required correction. |

Keep your application reference when contacting PCAFI Membership Services or HQ. Share eligibility documents through the portal's upload and authorized review tools.
